Top Gun Solution, LLC (“Top Gun Solution,” “we,” “us,” or “Scott”) provides AI integration and cybersecurity consulting services to small and mid-sized businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We wrote it in plain language because privacy boilerplate copied from a template is exactly what we help our clients avoid.

2. What we collect on this website
Information you give us directly. When you book a call through Calendly, send us email, or fill out a form, we receive whatever you choose to share: typically your name, email address, company, and a short description of what you’re trying to solve.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours records standard server log data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL, and timestamps. This is used for security monitoring and basic analytics.
Cookies. WordPress sets a small number of functional cookies (for example, to remember if you’ve accepted a notice). Our hosting provider’s security plugin may set short-lived cookies to detect abusive traffic. We do not run advertising trackers, cross-site retargeting pixels, or sell behavioral data.
3. How we use your information
We use the information you give us to:
- respond to your inquiry and schedule a call,
- deliver the services you’ve engaged us for,
- send you occasional follow-ups related to our work together,
- operate and secure this website.
We do not use your information to train AI models.
4. Third-party services we use
To operate this site and our practice, we rely on a small number of vendors who each have their own privacy practices:
- SiteGround: web hosting and server-level security.
- Calendly: call scheduling. When you book a slot, Calendly receives the information you submit on its form.
- Email providers: when you email us, your message and any attachments are stored with the provider that handles our inbox.
If we add an analytics or email-marketing tool in the future, we will update this policy and identify the vendor.
5. Client engagement data
If you become a client, we will receive additional information about your business as needed to do the work this will typically involve system access credentials, process documentation, and operational data. That information is governed by the engagement agreement we sign with you, not this website privacy policy. As a cybersecurity practice, we treat client data with the same controls we recommend to clients: least-privilege access, encrypted storage, time-bound retention, and prompt deletion when an engagement ends, unless you ask us to retain it.
6. How long we keep information
Inquiry and scheduling data is kept for as long as it’s useful to maintain the relationship (typically up to 24 months from your last contact with us) then deleted or anonymized. Server logs are rotated by our host on a rolling basis (usually 30–90 days). You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to certain uses, or request a copy in a portable format. 8. Children
This site is intended for business audiences. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information through our site, contact us and we will delete it.
