Pointing an AI tool at your customer data is a security decision, and getting it wrong is how a 12-person office ends up explaining a leak to its clients.
The Secure AI Starter solves both halves at once. I build the AI assistant and I secure the ground it stands on, in the same project, so you get the productivity without inheriting a risk.
What you get
- A custom AI assistant on your website. Trained on your services, your hours, and the questions your front desk answers every day. It captures each visitor’s name, email, and phone number, books appointments straight into your calendar, and runs 24/7. The leads that used to vanish after 5 PM get caught.
- A baseline security audit. A practical assessment of how your business handles data today, based on a lightweight version of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework:
- A scan of your network for open ports and obvious vulnerabilities.
- A review of your password practices and who has access to what.
- A check of your email security (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), the controls that stop someone spoofing your domain.
- A look at where customer data is being stored and whether it’s exposed.
- A one-page report with a clear risk score and your three top-priority fixes.
- A secure configuration. The new AI tool is set up with strict privacy controls from day one, so it can’t reach into or leak sensitive internal information. Security is the default, not an upgrade.
- A one-hour handover training. A live session for you and your key staff on how to use the new system safely. Your team finishes knowing how it works and where its limits are.
How the week works
The Secure AI Starter is a fixed process, not an open-ended engagement. A typical build:

That’s the whole value, and it’s also the limit: I only keep a few of these projects running at once so each one gets done properly and on schedule. If the calendar shows an open assessment slot, it’s real. When I’m booked, new assessments go on a short waitlist and I’ll tell you honestly where you stand in line.
After it’s live
You own the system and you can run it yourself. If you’d rather not think about it again, I offer an ongoing monthly service: I keep the AI updated, watch for new vulnerabilities, and stay on call if anything breaks. What does it cost?
Every business is a little different, so I scope it on the call once I understand yours. What I’ll tell you plainly: it’s a one-time project fee, not a subscription, and it’s priced for a small business, not an enterprise. We’ll cover numbers after the free assessment.
Will it work with my current website?
Yes. The assistant sits on top of whatever site you already have. This isn’t a redesign and your web person doesn’t have to go anywhere.
What if the audit finds something bad?
Then you’re glad you ran it. The one-page report tells you what to fix and in what order. Some fixes I can handle as part of the work; bigger ones I’ll lay out clearly so you can decide.
Do I have to be technical?
No. That’s the point of the handover training. You and your staff finish knowing how to use it, in plain language.
