You don’t have to decide this up front. Most clients start with the Secure AI Starter, run it themselves for a month, and add stewardship once they’d rather hand it off. When you do, you have a direct line to me, not a ticket queue.
Deeper engagements
For larger operations
Deeper engagements, when the stakes are bigger.
If you’re running a larger or regulated operation (roughly 20 to 200 people in an operationally-intensive or compliance-heavy industry), the work is bigger than a one-week starter: custom workflow automation, language-model integration, and process redesign, deployed in your environment and reviewed against the same security standards I’d apply to a regulated network. These engagements typically run a few months, with measurable ROI well before they finish.
